    Photos captured using Camera GUY are saved directly to your device’s camera roll.
    We do not automatically upload, store, or access your photos unless you explicitly choose to share them.

    C. App Usage Data

    We may collect limited, anonymised usage data (such as feature usage or crash reports) to improve app performance, usability, and stability.
    This data does not identify you personally.

    D. QR Code & Venue Access

    If you access Camera GUY via a restaurant or venue QR code, we may record anonymised session data (e.g. venue ID, overlay usage) to improve scene recommendations.
    No personal identity information is collected from QR access.

  • Camera GUY does not collect:

    • Personal identification information (name, phone number, email) unless explicitly provided

    • Biometric data

    • Face recognition data

    • Location tracking beyond what is required for app functionality

    • Contact lists

    • Audio recordings

  • We use collected information solely to:

    • Provide and improve composition guidance features

    • Optimise visual overlays for different venues and environments

    • Improve app stability, performance, and user experience

    • Understand general usage trends (anonymised only)

    We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

    • Photos remain on your device unless you choose otherwise

    • Access to collected data is limited and protected
