CAMERA GUY APP

  • These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Camera GUY mobile application and related services (“Camera GUY”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Camera GUY, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

  • Camera GUY is a mobile camera application designed to provide real-time visual composition guidance, including reference overlays for framing, pose, distance, tilt, and camera alignment, to help users take better portrait photographs.

    Camera GUY does not replace your device’s native camera and does not guarantee photographic outcomes.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Camera GUY.
    By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Camera GUY for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

    You may not:

    • Copy, modify, or distribute the app

    • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

    • Use Camera GUY for unlawful purposes

  • You agree to:

    • Use Camera GUY responsibly and lawfully

    • Respect privacy, consent, and local photography laws

    • Obtain permission before photographing people or private property where required

    You are solely responsible for how you use Camera GUY and the images you capture.

  • Camera GUY provides visual guidance only.

    • We do not guarantee image quality, artistic results, or suitability for any purpose

    • Results may vary depending on environment, lighting, device, and user actions

    • Camera GUY is not responsible for dissatisfaction with photos taken

  • Photos taken using Camera GUY:

    • Belong entirely to you, the user

    • Are saved directly to your device

    • Are not uploaded or stored by us unless you explicitly choose to share them

    Camera GUY does not claim ownership over your photos.

  • Camera GUY may offer venue-specific overlays or templates in collaboration with restaurants or partners.

    • These features are provided for guidance and promotional purposes only

    • Camera GUY does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or continued access

    • Venue participation terms may change over time

    Restaurants are not responsible for user behaviour or image results.

  • Some features of Camera GUY may be offered free of charge, while others may require a subscription or payment in the future.

    We reserve the right to:

    • Modify, introduce, or discontinue features

    • Change pricing or access models with reasonable notice

    All purchases are subject to the policies of the relevant app store.

  • “Camera GUY”, its logo, overlays, UI design, reference systems, and branding are the intellectual property of the app owner and are protected by applicable laws.

    You may not use Camera GUY branding, assets, or materials without prior written permission.

  • Camera GUY may integrate third-party tools (such as analytics or crash reporting) to improve performance.
    We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • Camera GUY is provided “as is” and “as available”

    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    • Use of the app is at your own risk

  • We may suspend or terminate access to Camera GUY if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

    You may stop using the app at any time.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
    Continued use of Camera GUY after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
